If you’d like any of my beanies in a different size/color combo please send me a convo. I'd be happy to make a custom order for you!

Payment

Paypal payments are preferred. You do not need a paypal account to pay with paypal (all you need is a credit card or debit card).

Shipping

Most of my items will be shipped within 3-5 days of receiving payment confirmation.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will accept returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Gift Certificates
If you would like to purchase a gift certificate for someone first convo me the amount that you would like to give. I will setup an "item" with that amount for you to purchase. Once I've received payment confirmation I will either mail a paper gift certificate or email a copy, you pick. To redeem a gift certificate, the buyer needs to simply contact me at jessica [!at] nogginsbeanies.com and let me know which listing he/she wishes to order. This Gift Certificate will only be redeemable for items listed here in my Etsy shop.
