Payment

Paypal is the only way to pay me. You can make your payment
through paypal even you dont have a paypal account.
I appreciate if you can arrange for payment to be made within 3 days after your purchase. If not possible, please drop me a convo.
Otherwise, I will leave a negative feedback on the 4th day and your purchase will be cancelled.
For eCheck on Paypal, your purchase will be shipped only after payment is cleared.
Shipping

All items are shipped in a padded envelope by normal airmail by HongKongPost.
Damages items handling, please refer to my additional information.
{Isurance and Mail Lost}
Sorry, no insurance will be purchased for the item, if you want a more safety services, please add USD2.0 for a registered mail or not I will not responsible for any mail lost.
{Special arragnement to ITALY and BAZIL}
Due to a high lost mail rate happen to ITALY and BAZIL.
A compulsory ****USD3.00**** will added to your order for registred mail, please wait for the revised invoice.
All the items will be shipped after the payment is cleared.
{Upgrade}
Purchase over US30 at once, I will upgrade your parcel to registered mail with NO additional charge.
What's the different between normal airmail and registered mail?
@ Normal airmail mean you will not have a tracking number to track your mail.
@ Registered airmail that mean you will get a tracking number and you need to sign when you received your parcal.

Refunds and Exchanges
I am very accommodating and I strongly believe a satisfied customer goes a long way.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify me within a week / seven (7) days of receiving your item.
My only restriction, of course, is that the item return to me in its unused, original form. I will then either issue you a refund (exclude shipping), an exchange (item has to be of equivalent value) or a credit on future purchases.
Please also note that it's possible for colors to differ slightly from what you see on the screen due to different operating machines and monitors.

I promise to pack your purchase very securely and carefully to minimise any possible damages during the transit. Please notify me within one month after shipment with a picture of the damaged item. I will arrange a exchange / refund accordingly.
