Payment

I accept PayPal. Payment is due within three days of purchase, please.

Shipping

I get to the post office several times during the week (weekdays), and usually mail items within a day or two after payment has cleared. Special orders will take a bit of time for me to make and ship, naturally.

If you have any questions or requests regarding shipping, please contact me before ordering.

Please make sure that both your Paypal and your Etsy addresses are up to date. I'll be shipping to your Etsy address unless you contact me and tell me otherwise.

If you'd like to purchase something for a special someone, let me know and I'll wrap it up pretty, include a note and ship it where you wish.

SHIPPING TO CANADA: I ship via Canada Post. It includes insurance.
SHIPPING TO THE USA: I ship via Canada Post. It includes insurance.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I ship via Canada Post. Please allow extra time for possible customs holdups.

If you're in a rush to get your items, or you have a deadline please let me know before ordering and I'll do my very best to get your items out in a timely manner. Also if you'd like to discuss speedier shipping methods (or even cheaper shipping methods), please let me know before ordering and I'll see what I can do.

All items are handcrafted in a pet-free, smoke-free environment.

I'm very open to custom orders, so please let me know if you have any special requests. Due to the handcrafted nature of items, or perhaps there's a specific album you want me to use, special orders may take some time to be filled, but we can discuss a deadline for me.
