Welcome

Hi, I'm Kat, the WAHM behind ThreeRiversGreen. My husband Brian is on the road with work a lot so I mostly stay home with our two wonderful and wild preemies, Nicholas and Jessica.
I do also work part time as a Registered Vet Tech at an After Hours Emergency Clinic.
We live on a small horse farm and have everything from dogs and cats to horses and a pig. So we are a very pet friendly home, but they don't have access to the sewing room and they don't wear the diapers or clothes so everything for the kids is safe but may contain a stray hair every now and then. I do recommend washing everything prior to first use and washing colored or dyed items separately as they may still bleed a little from the coloring.

Payment

I can only accept paypal at this time but if that is a problem just contact me and we can arrange something different. Payment is expected within 24 hours of requesting the item.

Shipping

I try to ship items out on the same day or next business day that they are purchased but sometimes things happen. All shipping is done through the USPS unless otherwise requested and will contain a Delivery Confirmation. Insurance is optional but recommended as I will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages by the USPS.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds will be made only if there is a serious flaw in craftsmanship. Exchanges will be made on a case by case basis.

I am more than willing to do custom orders. If you see something close to what you like but not your size or print listed just contact me and we can see what we can work out best for you.
