Payment

Payments are due within 24 hours of ordering via PayPal. All unpaid orders after that point will be canceled and the items relisted. If you want to hold an item, a 50% deposit is required and the rest due by a specific date. If you decide not to purchase the item within the date specified, 50% of your deposit will be forfeit.

Personal checks are acceptable ONLY if sent to us via priority mail or better. Checks must clear our bank before shipping an item to you. We require full contact information in case we have to collect on bad checks and fees (home phone, work phone, home address); you will be held liable for any and all bounced check fees.

Shipping

I ship via USPS priority mail.

Refunds and Exchanges

Since most of our bags are one of a kind, refunds are available if the items are damaged, or if we can otherwise fix the damage we will do so; if you're completely unsatisfied, contact us via convo, email at info [!at] craftychefgraphics.com or by phone at 651-353-0284, Minnesota central time. There may be a 20% restocking fee for returns, depending on the return.
