Payment

PayPal only please.

No PayPal account? No worries...

You can pay for your order with your credit card or bank account via PayPal. There’s no need to sign up for a PayPal Account.

Payment is due within 3 days of transaction. If for some reason you know you will not be able to pay within 3 days please feel free to contact me and we can work something out. If payment is not received in 3 days and I have not heard from the buyer the order will be canceled.

Shipping

US Residents;

Your item will ship within 2-3 days of receipt of payment unless specifically noted in the item description.

Your order will ship to the address in your Etsy account unless you message and tell me otherwise. I will do my best to contact you if your Etsy and Paypal addresses differ. I would be thrilled to send items as gifts, simply message me with the correct address and any special message to be included on a card.

Most items are shipped USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation, unless noted otherwise in the description. If you would like insurance please message me.

International buyers;

I ship International orders once a week on Tuesdays. PLEASE NOTE,
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: All packages are sent USPS First class mail international. This is the most economical method of shipping internationally but DOES NOT provide insurance or tracking of the package. While almost all packages arrive safe and sound, I CANNOT be responsible for lost packages. If you would prefer to upgrade to Priority & Express International with insurance, I would be more than happy to ship this method with an additional fee. Please contact me for more information.

One Story House is not responsible for custom duties or import tariffs, taxes, or fees (or additional delays caused by customs.) Buyers, please be aware that you may be required to pay these additional charges when the package reaches your country's border. You may wish to contact your local customs office for estimates of these charges and for further information.

Refunds and Exchanges

I stand behind my work and won't sell anything I wouldn't wear myself (and I'm tough on jewelry!) if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the item within two weeks of purchase. I will gladly refund your full purchase price once I receive the item. The buyer will be responsible for return postage. Unfortunately, I can not be responsible for items lost in the mail. I am always happy to come up with the best solution for your individual situation. Please don't hesitate to contact me!
