Hello good people! I really appreciate your consideration in supporting Homestead Hippie with your purchase. The following are my shop policies.

Payment

I accept paypal and money orders. Payment is due within 3 days of sale date if through paypal and within 10 days of sale date if mailing a money order.

Shipping

I ship US postal service, priority mail for the most part. This allows me to ship from home. Since I live way out in the country, I don't get to town to ship very often. However, if you find my shipping costs too high on an item or two and would like me to ship a less costly way, convo me. It may take additional time to receive your purchase, (as explained) but if we can work out less costly method, then so be it. I aim to please. :)

Insurance is additional and you must request it if I have not included it in the shipping costs.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please read product description completely. I guarantee items to be as described. In the rare event you might feel I have not accurately depicted an item you must contact me within 24 hours of receipt to discuss the situation.

I know the condition of the items I sell and ship and I have never had a problem, but occasionally accidents happen in transit. I do not refund money for items damaged or lost in transit. If this is a concern, please request insurance.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I will always consider custom requests. If you see something you like but for example, you would prefer a different color I will be happy to work with you in creating just what you'd like.

I also will consider reserving an item for you with a reasonable down payment if your circumstances are exceptional. Contact me if you need to discuss this option.
