Payment

Payment is expected within three days. I only accept PayPal payments to ensure a secure transaction for both parties.

Shipping

I usually ship USPS first class mail. If purchasing multiple items please wait and I will invoice you with a combined shipping total. If the item purchased is already made I will ship it next business day. Custom Orders will be shipped as soon as they are made.

Refunds and Exchanges

I stand behind my product 100% and quality customer service is my goal. Please notify me should there be any issue with an item you have received and I will do my best to correct the problem. Due to the nature of custom handmade items, I do not take refunds or exchanges.
