The Boutique is excited to present our items to you. We also custom make ornaments and purse jewelry. My passion is wire wrapping, so keep visiting. Most of all enjoy your shopping experience.
I am a firm believer of communication- don't be shy, if you have a question,are looking for something special, a different color- please by all means- ask!

Payment

The Boutique accepts paypal only. Please complete your payment within 3 days. I ship well within 24 hours after receiving payment.

Shipping

Shipping is usually priority in the USA unless stated otherwise. To foreign countries, it will be the least expensive method using the United States Postal service only. I always ship the next day unless a natural catastrophe has occurred- tornado, hurricane, etc.

Refunds and Exchanges

There are no refunds. I do offer repairs within 30 days as long as the damage was from a defective part/item used and not from mishandling of this precious handmade item.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I want you to enjoy your selection, but want you to know that wire wrapping and glass beads are breakable. Please handle with care, store your purchase laying flat when not in use, and keep away from water and chemicals, small children and pets. Children put everything in the mouth- yuck, and dogs eat everything (including retainers)- hmmm that generally means surgery.
