Hello and welcome to October's Orchard!
Payment
We accept only PayPal at the moment but as we get a bit more experience, we will become more explorative outside of our comfort zone.
If we have not received payment or communications explaining a delay within three days of purchase, we will relist the item.
Shipping
At the moment, we are only listing prices for shipping to the US. As with the payment options, we are still new at this and would like to stay within our comfort zone until we get the hang of things. Don't chagrin, fellow Earth-dwellers! If you see something you'd like to buy, message us and let us know where you need the item shipped. We'll get back to you with a shipping quote.
Refunds and Exchanges
It happens from time to time that a well meaning package arrives to a buyer looking like it's been through the apocalypse. If this should happen to you, please contact us. We may request some photographic proof, but this isn't because we don't trust you. It's like getting closure at a funeral. The items we make are like our children and to know that one has died... We can work out a refund or maybe an exchange.
