Payment

My preferred payment method is paypal. I will also accept money orders.

Shipping

I ship via USPS. I will ship items within 2 days of receiving your payment unless alterations to the piece are requested which may take more time.
Please contact me if you would like to pay for an upgrade, insurance or delivery confirmation.
If you require international shipping, please contact me for shipping rates. Any fees associated with customs, tariffs, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want my jewelry to bring only positive energy to your life! If you are not happy with your purchase, please convo me and I'll do my best to remedy it. Should one of my creations break through normal use/wear, I will repair or replace it upon receipt of the damaged piece. If it's just not what you expected, I will issue a refund or exchange once the original item is returned to me, but unfortunately, the shipping costs will be your responsibility.
