Welcome to Teahouse Confections! Your shop for Japanese sweets and snacks! Please take a look around and if you need anything at all please don't hesitate to convo me! =)

Payment

All payments can be made through paypal. After the purchase is made I will send out an invoice please be able to pay within 48 hours or just drop me a note if you need a little longer. I am very flexible just as long as there is communication! :)

Shipping

All items will be shipped via USPS priority to make sure everything gets to you fresh! We bake everything fresh than freeze them to give our items a good head start when embarking on the shipping jorney to you. We ship on Mon-Wed so that your order does not get stuck at the post office over the weekend. If you would like a faster shipping method just convo me!

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of the items we are shipping we can't take back returns. I promise I will ship them as carefully and safely as I possibly can but I can't gurantee 100% perfection. If though something comes delivered to you an absolute mess or you are extremly disatisfied, by all means please let me know and we will figure something out!
