Payment

i accept paypal. if you pay by e-check via paypal, I will ship out your item(s) once payment has cleared (usually 3-5 days).

Shipping

i ship on wednesdays and saturdays, to locations within the u.s. only and by u.s.p.s. priority mail (usually 2-3 days delivery time). if you would like to add shipping insurance, please notify me. i am not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipment if they are not insured. if your purchase is $100+ (not including shipping), i will insure your package for free.

Refunds and Exchanges

my goal is to create products that are uncommonly beautiful yet dependable. i think you’ll be pleased with your purchase but post the following policies just in case!


if you received an item and aren't satisfied with the quality of workmanship, it may be returned, provided you contact me within 5 days after you receive your item. any returns must reach me within 8 days after the order is received, in original, unused condition with tags attached. please include a copy of your receipt. items must be returned to me by a shipping method that provides a tracking number. if i do not receive a return, i cannot provide a refund. i am not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit but the carrier should provide that option; adding insurance is highly recommended.

shipping charges on returned merchandise are non-refundable. item(s) must be sent back prepaid. i can't accept c.o.d. if the return is due to my error, the initial shipping fee will be waived.

Additional Policies and FAQs

due to the nature of the vintage elements i work with, my pieces are usually one-of-a-kind and therefore i rarely take custom orders. i can reproduce some items offered, so please inquire about duplicates and if i have the materials on hand, i will be happy to make one for you.
