Welcome

Thank you for your interest in Firepolished! I am a glass artist living in Northern Idaho. I specialize in glass fusing, but also dabble in windows, mosaic, and patte de verre. I am meticulous about using only compatible glass, the best slumping molds, and annealing carefully to ensure high quality. If you are interested in custom work please contact me.

Payment

I currently accept payment via paypal or money order. If you choose to send a money order, the item will not ship until payment has been received.

Shipping

I currently ship jewelry first class to keep shipping costs low for you, the buyer! Plates and sculptures will be shipped first class, post,fed ex ground, or priority depending on weight and destination.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will accept returned items or gladly exchange if you are not completely satisfied! I am afraid I cannot cover all the shipping charges, but I will refund you for the item or send you a different item as you prefer. The glue I use on my jewelry has almost never failed me, but should anything ever happen to jewelry you purchased from me, simply contact me. If you ship the item to me, I will repair it for FREE.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I do custom work and can easily swap the type of bails etc. on my jewelry if you are willing to wait a few days.
