Payment

Paypal is my preferred method of payment. If you need to use a money order, shipping will occur after I receive and have deposited the money order.

Shipping

I ship within 1-3 business days using US Mail with delivery confirmation. Custom orders take longer before they are ready to ship. Either Parcel Post or First Class Mail is used, whichever is least expensive. If the actual shipping cost is less than $1 over what you pais, I will refund the extra shipping cost. If the actual shipping cost is more than $1 over what you paid, I will amend your invoice and charge you the extra shipping. At this time I can only ship to the USA. Please be sure that your paypal address if the correct mailing address so my package gets to you properly.

I take no responsibility for your package being lost or damaged int he mail. I try my best to package your items safely with proper addressing. If you want shipping insurance, please contact me ahead of time so I can adjust your invoice accordingly.

All items can be gift wrapped in recycled wrapping materials. All items are packaged in previously used boxes/envelopes and wrapped in previously used packing material.

Refunds and Exchanges

Any problems with an item must be reported to me within 3 days of package delivery. If I have shipped you the wrong item, I will pay for return shipping and send you the correct item quickly. Please contact me prior to leaving negative or neutral feedback as I would rather have happy customers. Custom items are not returnable so we will agree on the details prior to completing the sale.
