Welcome

Welcome to my shop. I like to design products using recycled, upcycled, and environmentally friendly materials. I try to be environmentally responsible and sustainable whenever possible. If you have any questions or concerns about the materials I use, please don't hesitate to contact me.

As I am just starting out on etsy and am still getting my feet wet, these policies are likely to be tweaked and updated as things evolve. Please make sure to contact me if you have any questions.

Payment

At this time I only accept PayPal. Payment must be made before the item will be shipped. Some custom orders may require a deposit.

Shipping

My standard shipping is regular Canada Post surface mail. If you would like me to use a quicker Canada Post service, or a courier service like FedEx or UPS, please let me know prior to purchasing and I will update the item with the appropriate shipping cost. I am more than happy to ship to a third party address if you are ordering a gift. Please convo me ahead of time if you would like the item gift wrapped (there may be a small extra charge) or any other special requests.

Refunds and Exchanges

If an item is received damaged or lost in the mail, I will replace it as best I can. If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage or postal issues, please notify me within 14 days of when you receive it. I will refund the purchase cost, but not the shipping. Most custom orders cannot be returned, although I will deal with such an issue on a case by case bases.

I welcome wholesale and custom orders. I can sometimes offer a discount for large or ongoing orders. Please convo me with what you have in mind.

This is a smoke-free home. We have one cat, but she is not allowed in my studio.
