Thank you for shopping at PromoPixie!
I truly believe that the presentation of both your shop AND your products can account for a great percentage of your success. It speaks to the level of pride you take in every aspect of your business and gives the customer the sense that they are not only looking at a QUALITY item, but also a QUALITY seller! :-D
BUT, sometimes 'presentation' and promotional goods can come with a hefty price...but not here at PromoPixie!
The bulk of every listed price for my products is to cover the cost of printing and materials used to make your product...which are BOTH of the highest quality with professional results.
I pride myself on my level customer service and you will have complete involvement in every aspect of your items design and creation.

Payment

All listings are set up for PayPal only payment options.
IF, however, you require an alternate payment method please feel free to contact me for other arrangements.

Items must be paid for in full before they will be created and/or shipped and must be paid within 7 days of purchase.
(unless we have agreed on other arrangements)

Nonpaid items will have the sale cancelled and the appropriate feedback response will be left.
I WILL make attempts to contact you to avoid this from happening and will be willing to make other arrangements for you if needed before the 7day deadline, but communication back from you is KEY in these situations ;-)
I cannot help you if I do not hear from you.

Shipping

All items are packed with care and sent either First Class or Flat Rate Priority Mail.
Insurance is available should you reqest it.
I cannot/will not be held responsible for any lost/damaged pkgs in which Insurance was not purchased.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the custom personalized nature of my items, and that you will rcv image previews for your approval before item completion, returns/exchanges/refunds are not granted.

I work very hard at making sure you are 100% satisfied with what your items imagery will look like and will NOT set anything up for print without your approval :-)
