Hi and thanks for stopping by my shop! I have been scrapbooking for about 15 years and doing custom scrapbooking for about 7 years. I am proud to offer you a variety of well made one of a kind items. In addition to 12 x 12 scrapbook pages I also love to create paper bag scrapbooks, and altered items such as tins. I use a wide array of embellishments including tear bears, primas, ribbons, charms, chipboard and much more. I DO NOT duplicate my work so you are assured of a truly one of a kind design.

Payment
I accept payment by Paypal only.
Shipping
I ship IMMEDIATELY upon payment. I appreciate prompt payments and I know my customers appreciate prompt shipping.
I charge $5.25 shipping via USPS Priority Mail. If you purchase more than one item within a 5 day period I will gladly combine shipping at just $1.00 for each additional item.
Refunds and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is my number one goal. I am proud to say that I have never had an unhappy buyer however, if you receive an item and find it to be different than I described please notify me within 48 hours and I will do all I can to resolve the problem.

I have not been an Etsy seller for long BUT I am an established seller on a popular auction site and have 100% feedback. I am also the proud leader of a great scrapbook team on that site. I use the same seller name "janettarosedesigns" there as here if you'd like to check out my feedback.
I thrive on custom orders and love working with my customers to design perfect pages. Last year alone I designed over 700 pages and close to 100 paper bag scrapbooks. Please keep me in mind if you need custom work. My rates are reasonable and my turn around time is very prompt.
