Welcome to my Etsy shop page! I put a lot of time and care into the creation of my scarves. I generally work with soft yarns so that they feel snuggly against the skin. I love creating new items to share with others (as I've given out numerous scarves as gifts) so please come and enjoy!

I do have pets in my home and I take every precaution I can to ensure that my products are pet-free. Before shipping each item I hand wash it to ensure the freshest product. If a product coming from a pet-friendly home is a problem please let me know. Thank you for your understanding.

*Also* I try to make my prices very fair and reasonable. I am here to share my creations with others so I try to keep my prices as low as possible. I price my items based mostly on covering my costs (materials, etsy costs). A small percentage is based on my labor as I enjoy making scarves too much to charge too high. They are made with just as much love and quality though. Thank you :)

Payment

I accept paypal payments. When a customer purchases an item I will send an invoice to your email address on where to submit your paypal payment.
I also accept checks through the mail. I would appreciate you sending in within one day of purchasing your item so that I may receive it as soon as possible and mail your item.

Shipping

Items paid for by paypal and checks will be mailed within two days of receiving payment. I will primarily be using the United States Postal Service. If you prefer a different service please let me know.

Priority Mail shipping within the US is $5. (2-3 days)

Priority Mail to Canada is $10.

If an item is ordered on a saturday I will ship it on mondays.
If you purchase two items the second ships for free!

Refunds and Exchanges

I'm proud of the time and effort I put into each scarf. They are made with lots of love and attention. If you have any discrepancies with the item you have purchased please notify me within 7 days of purchase. I will be more than happy to make changes or redo your scarf. (buyer will be responsible for return postage) Also, please feel free to let me know any issues/concerns you had with your piece so that I can avoid any concerns for further purchases.

**Items can be returned only if in condition it was received. I request that they not come back with perfume or cigarette odors. Thank you for your interest and understanding.
