Welcome to my art shop! I'm based in the Philippines and I enjoy making delicate papercut pieces as well as watercolors. I will be producing art prints soon...

Payment

For international buyers, I accept Paypal. For local, Philippine buyers, I can accept personal checks made out to Clara L. Gallardo, or deposits in my BPI account (account # 0335 5276 82)

Shipping

I use DHL for international shipments (a necessity because of our unreliable regular postal system). Please convo or email me with your location before you buy so that I can inform you of the shipping fee for your specific location.

Philippine buyers can opt to have their orders shipped via courier (DHL), or if you live in the Manila area we can arrange a meet up for the exchange (email me a scan of the deposit receipt beforehand)

Refunds and Exchanges

Any transit damaged items will be refunded. Please email or convo me a picture of the damaged piece.

When buying my items please make sure you check out completely! I've had some incomplete transactions (unpaid sales), and it's usually because the buyer didn't fully understand the Etsy checkout procedure. I give a 3 day grace period for unpaid sales.
