Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment. I will try my very best to get the order your out within 48 hours. However, with 2 children of my own...sometimes that is not always possible. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

If you need the purchased item by a certain date (ie like for a birthday)...please convo me. I will try to give your purchase priority.


All items will arrive neatly package in a colorful organza pouch.

Payment

I accept checks, money orders and paypal.

Please note: If you pay by check, I will have to wait for the check to clear first. This will cause a delay in receiving your purchase.

Shipping

Shipping:
All jewelry will be shipped usps first class. please contact seller if other shipping methods are preferred.

If you would like to purchase insurance please contact me so that I can send you a revised invoice through Paypal. Please wait to pay for your purchase until you have received the revised invoice. If you opt not to buy insurance I cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail.



United States:
$2 for each item
$.50 for each additional item w/ same order

Outside of United States: Please add $2.00 to the prices mentioned above.

INSURANCE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY of the BUYER. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Please refer to usps.com for rates.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do strive for customer satisfaction. Please contact us if there is a problem with your item.
We will do our best to resolve any issues and would prefer that you give us a chance to do so before leaving negative feedback.

If the problem cannot be resolved, please return the unused item to me within 7 days. Since the proceeds are donated, I cannot offer refunds. However, I will gladly exchange your item for something of equal value. Please note: Shipping will not be refunded. If you exchange your items, you are responsible for the add'l shipping charges.
