Welcome! I will do my best to make sure that your transaction is pleasant and smooth

Payment

My preferred method of payment is PayPal. If you would like to pay via check or money order, please contact me to make the proper arrangements. Payment must be received within 5 days of purchase.

Shipping

I usually ship via USPS priority mail. If that is a problem, we can make other arrangements. I ship at least twice a week. I will combine shipping. Insurance and delivery confirmation available on request. I will ship internationally: contact me for shipping rates. All calligraphy ships in boxes, so it will not get bent in the mail.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with something you buy from me, I will give you a full refund upon return of the item. If it gets damaged in the mail, I will replace it at no cost to you.
