Welcome

I create characters and scenery, and then share them with you through whatever medium fits them best!

Payment

Please pay for all orders at the time of purchase. I cannot reserve items for you. I will not cancel any orders that have been shipped already.

Shipping

I ship all packages by USPS Priority to anywhere in the US. If you would like faster shipping, just let me know!
I strongly recommend delivery confirmation and insurance on any paintings or varied edition prints, as these items are one-of-a-kind and cannot be replaced.
If you would like me to ship something internationally, please send me a convo first. I will need to check on shipping rates to give you a specific amount for that item.
All felt items are packaged in clear bags and cardboard backing, and wrapped carefully so they are not crushed during their journey to you! Prints are shipped with sturdy cardboard backing, and wrapped carefully to prevent damage.

Refunds and Exchanges

I make an effort to describe all my items to the fullest extent. If you feel that an error has been made, please contact me as soon as possible, so I can fix it!
All items are shipped in pristine condition. If you are concerned about damage or theft, please purchase delivery confirmation or insurance.

**For sanitary reasons, I will not offer refunds on any earrings or hair clips that have already been opened. Sorry!!

Additional Policies and FAQs

*Any Prints are handpulled, limited edition prints, done by me. All prints are signed and numbered. Please note that I sometimes use the same blocks to make different, new pieces - for example I may have a limited edition handpulled print in one size, and a notecard using a detail from the same print. If you have any questions please ask.

*All of the felty things are made of Eco-Fi felt, made 100% out of recycled plastic soda bottles!

*I work with all kinds of materials, all the time. If you would like something custom that you don't see here, feel free to convo me! Custom colors and stitching for pins and earrings can be done any time. If you are interested in something with many colors or very intricate stitching, I will give you a quote before beginning the project.
