Welcome! At Courtney's Cottage I provide top quality handmade needlework items for your home, office and life! Thank you for visiting, and I do hope you enjoy your shopping experience. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I occasionally close the shop for awhile if I need to prepare items for craft shows, but that is only a few months out of the year. The rest of the time I am here and ready to create your needlework item! Enjoy!

Payment

Up front on all items via check, paypal or money order. I will not start working on your project until I receive a valid payment. After work on your project has begun, a $10 cancellation fee will apply if you decide to not go through with the order and want to cancel it. Thank you!

Shipping

All items are shipped via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and, for orders over $50, insurance. (You may ask for insurance to be added if your order is under $50 and I will send you an invoice for the fee, which is generally very small).
