Welcome

I decided to make a small business out of the design and construction of clothing and jewelry to help pay my excessive medical bills off, and to take a step in my new found passion of fabric and clay.

If you have any question of any kind just ask. I will give you an answer asap.

Payment

I only accept paypal/credit/debit cards at this time.

I do not accept cancellations.

I expect payment within 1 day (24 hours) of purchase. If you are unable to do this please wait to buy the item.

I do accept reserves. Please contact me with the item you would like and I will reserve it for you up to one week.

Shipping

I do recycle shipping materials. I'm such a tree-hugger :D If you would like a new envelope or box put that in the notes to seller.

I will combine shipping on multiple items, and do offer shipping discounts to regulars buyers.

I go to the post office for Internationale orders every Tuesday and Friday.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you would like insurance contact me before you purchase and I will let you know how much it adds on.

If you are not satisfied with your item contact me. Depending on the circumstances I may accept a refund or exchange.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I do custom orders.
Just get a hold of me and we'll talk.
I will draw up a design of what I'll make and email it to you to see if that's what you want. Feel free to edit it to your specifications and email it back.
I will give an idea of how much it will cost when we finalize the design, but it may vary up to $20 either way. If I think it will be more, I will get a hold of you and see if you would like me to continue.

All materials come from a smoke free environment, but I am kitty friendly :D
I do prewash all my fabrics, and I will wash the item before I send it if you like. I do not use fabric softener and I use low scent hypoallergenic detergent.
