Payment

All major credit cards and PayPal accounts through PayPal. Payment needs to clear before work is shipped.

Shipping

Most items are shipped UPS ground or USPS unless a special request is made.

International shipping: PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE PURCHASE, with your exact location I may be able to lower shipping cost. International customers are responsible for any and all fees and tariffs associated with Customs. These fees and tariffs are not included in either the purchase/shipping costs.

Domestic Shipping: Items are shipped First Class Mail or UPS ground unless you convo me so that I can set up a special listing for you with express delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges

Get a FULL REFUND if you are not completely satisfied when this piece arrives, just return the piece in new condition for a full refund (shipping both ways is non-refundable). Contact me if you are not absolutely satisfied and I will work to solve any problems.

I package works very carefully but if your shipment is damaged contact me immediately.
