Payment

Payment is accepted via paypal or bank deposit.

Please ensure payment is made within 7 days of purchase. If there's a problem, please let me know otherwise the purchased items will be returned to the store.

Shipping

I post all items within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

I'm not responsible for the loss of any items once they are posted. If you are concerned about an item before it is posted please convo me and I can get the post registered for you.

Refunds and Exchanges

If something is too small, too big, or simply not right in some way (fabric scratchy or something like that), please convo me and I'll try and work something out for you.

Refunds aren't accepted if you simply change your mind.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders will be completed within 2 weeks of receipt of the order. I usually can do them within a week and will let you know when items are finished but please do allow the full two weeks because with two small kids, a husband and a home things can sometimes come up. I will let you know what's going on with your order though.
