Payment

I except Paypal only. Please pay within 7 days or your purchase will be cancelled.

Shipping

All parcels are sent out first class with Royal Mail. All items are securely packed in a padded envelope.

If you require any additional insurance, next day delivery or recorded delivery please enquire before purchasing any items.

Refunds and Exchanges

As I am a small company I cannot offer refunds on items. The only exception to this is for any faulty products. On the occasion where your item is faulty please contact me through etsy before returning the item so we can make arrangements.

If you are worried about an item being lost in the post please contact me and I will try to track it or put in a claim with the mail company.
