if you would like gift wrapping/boxing, please let me know in the memo box. i have many 'recycled' boxes with personalized stickers stating so and 'lookwhatimade' stamps thanks to terbearco. -check out their shoppe, great items there!

Payment

paypal, is your option for payment, shipping will happen after payment is received.
payment must be received within 3 days of completion of order, or item will be re-listed and i will become skeptical of you in the future!
ca tax applicable on all ca orders.

Shipping

i will ship your order within 27 hours (not including sundays and holidays) of receipt/clearance of payment. "corkage fee"(s/h) includes tracking confirmation and i only ship through usps as of now. should you prefer some alternative, please let me know before checkout so i can give you a better idea of cost.
Due to my 'green-ness', I (re)use what is available to me in terms of packaging. To keep "corkage fees" down/non-profitable, I try hard to avoid buying new packaging material, so your package (most likely) will arrive in non-traditional recycled packaging attire.
Reducing, reusing and recycling packaging materials is what I aim for, I hope this is not an inconvenience. Should it be, please let me know at the time of/before checkout and other arrangements can be made.

Refunds and Exchanges

should you not be satisfied with the leaves of my labor, please contact me and we can figure something out. special requests and orders are all sales final however. should anything happen, such a breakage, due to craftsmanship, i will fix and or replace said item in question. -let me know and something will be worked out!
