Payment

Payment Methods: Paypal is my preferred method, as it is the quickest and easiest. I can take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express credit cards/ -Payment can be made via Credit Card or through Paypal. To pay with credit card, click on the Paypal option. You do NOT have to create a Paypal account to use this option. Click on the "Pay with credit card" without signing in option on the left side of the screen.

I also accept checks, money orders, and concealed cash. If you pay via check, your items will ship when payment clears. For all other payment methods, items ship immediately upon receiving payment.

Payment Due: I require a 50% deposit for my design services for anything over $10. It takes me a lot of time to design custom requests and after a few people disappeared without paying, I am requiring a deposit to secure all new orders. After I receive the deposit, I will begin work and submit proofs for approval. Any changes can be made at this time, and then payment will be due in full. Once payment is received, your item will be shipped to you.

Shipping

I prefer to ship USPS, as it is usually the most economical shipping method, and it's also the easiest for me. USPS Priority Mail is my standard shipping method, but I can ship Parcel Post for cheaper shipping options if you aren't on a close deadline, and I can also overnight your items if your deadline is quickly approaching. I can also ship via UPS or FedEx if you prefer that. For any shipping option besides standard Priority Mail, be sure to specificy so I can give you a shipping quote.

Refunds and Exchanges

No refunds or exchanges on design work, however I'm happy to make changes to your item before sending the final version. My goal is for all my customers to love the products I make for them.
