I love creating and appreciate you visiting my shop.

Payment

I accept Paypal and money orders (International Postal money orders if outside Canada please!).

I also accept personal cheques within Canada, however please be aware that the cheque has to clear the bank (approx. a week to ten days) before the item is sent.

Shipping

I pack all items very carefully and in many cases, double
box the item. I have not had an item break in transit
yet (touch wood). Where possible I use clean recycled materials
for packaging.

I ship via Canada Post and most items will have to go
Expedited Mail to the US and Canada. Small Packet International
Air will work on overseas items, if they are under a certain
weight and dimensional size.

I have put a flat rate in my listings, however if the actual postage is $2.00 or more less than what I have listed, I will
issue a refund.

Refunds and Exchanges

If an item is damaged in shipping, I can either try and
repair the item for you, or issue a refund on return of
the piece.

Additional Policies and FAQs

This is a dog and cat friendly home. My studio is kept
free of these little guys though and I take every effort
to keep shipping and packing materials in a room that is also
locked to the pets.
