Payment

I accept payments through PayPal and Money Order only at this time. US currency only. Paypal payment must be received within 3 days of your order. Money Orders must be received within 7 days and your purchase will not be shipped until received. If payment is not received after the timeframe specified, the order will be cancelled.

Shipping

All items (excluding CUSTOM orders) are shipped within 3 business day of receiving payment (except for weekends and holidays). If payments are received on a weekend or holiday, the item(s) will be shipped on the next business day. I ship all items within the US by USPS 1st Class Priority with Delivery Confirmation. The charge for shipping within the US is $3.00*.

Shipments to Canada are sent USPS 1st Class International for $4.66*. To send it Registered, it will be an additional $10.15*. If you would like to upgrade to Priority, it will be $15.20* total.

Shipments everywhere else are currently not available.

If you wish to use Overnight or 2-3 day shipping, please send me an email BEFORE making your payment so I can provide a revised shipping cost to you.

All taxes, duties, customs charges or other fees to ship to another country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Insurance is optional on purchases up to $50.00 and REQUIRED for anything over $50.00.

$1.65 for .01 - $50
$2.05 for $50.01 - $100
$2.45 for $100.01 - $200
$4.60 for $200.01 - $300
$5.50 for $300.01 - $400

PLEASE INSURE YOUR PURCHASE!!! I will not be held responsible for packages that are lost or damanged during shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me by email at rysidesigns [!at] yahoo.com within 3 days of receiving your item. If a refund applies to your unique situation, then the refund will be issued less the shipping charges.

The item must be sent back to me at the buyer's expense within 7 days of receiving the package and must be mailed back in the same condition it was in when originally shipped out.

A refund will be issued upon inspection of the returned piece. If the piece is not in the exact condition it was in when originally shipped, a refund will NOT be issued (unless you've insured your package) and the piece will be sent back to you unless otherwise specified via regular USPS mail.

I love to do custom orders. If you want a matching piece for a purchase I will create per your specifications and send a picture, providing I have the components necessary.
