Welcome to the Phat Fiber Sampler Box shop!
Phat Fiber is the only place to find all of your indie fiber and yarn samples grouped together in one, exciting monthly box. We are passionate about all things fiber related and fervently support our contributors. We hope, when you receive your box, you will too!

The Phat Fiber Sampler is just that- SAMPLES from a variety of wonderful indie businesses. You won't be getting full sized items in your box (although we do occassionally drop a few in random boxes) the items in the box are meant to tempt and tease you into buying full sized versions. All of the samples are usable though and we have a great time discussing and posting about various usages on the ravelry group and phat forums.
There are currently more folks interested in buying a box than we have boxes available. That is why the box will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. We are excited to be launching a brand new "secret site" with exclusive coupons, discount codes and free patterns for everyone each month. The notification email you recieve will have a secret password, allowing you access to the site shortly after the box has gone on sale. *ALLERGY NOTICE*
There are fibers and or baked goods/bath and body treats that may induce allergic reations to people who are sensitive to those types of things. Our contributors try their best to list every "ingredient" on their samples, but please be cautious, as we can not be held responsible for any reactions caused by the contents of the box.

Payment

Currently, we are only accepting instant payments through paypal. You may pay using the "e-check" option, but understand that your box will not be shipped until it clears. We reserve the right to relist boxes that are not paid for within an hour of sale.

*NEW*
We are now only allowing 2 boxes to be purchased by any one person per month. If you exceed 2 boxes in your cart after sale time, we will refund your money for the excess boxes and re-list them for sale. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping

We strive to ship within 48 hours of receiving payment. We use the United States Parcel Service to ship our items. Domestic orders will be shipped using the "Priority Mail" option which usually takes under 5 days to receive. International orders may take significantly longer to arrive at their destinations and will have no tracking numbers. We think the wait is worth it!
Please make sure your Etsy address is correct and up to date!!

Refunds and Exchanges

Phat Fiber has made every effort to ensure that each box is brimming with goodies! Phat Fiber will not be held responsible for the contents of the box, as they are submitted by other entities and only grouped together by us. If for some reason, you find fault with the Phat Fiber box, please convo us and we may be able to work something out that will benefit both parties involved. Due to the nature of the box, we cannot accept exchanges. Please be aware you are purchasing a "mystery box" and even Phat Fiber will not be aware of the contents of your particular box.
What happends if you get a box with samples you don't like? You have options. Before leaving a neutral or negative feedback, please convo us. There are threads on Ravelry and the forum set up for trading samples. We want yours to be a positive experience!
