Welcome

I craft tobacco smoking pipes and smoking accessories. Each is made by hand, with the goal of creating a pipe that smokes well and is a pleasure to look at and hold.

Payment

+ I accept Paypal or major credit card through Paypal. This link is to a tutorial that will show you the steps to checking out: http://www.etsy.com/help_guide_checkout.php

+ Please pay within 24 hours of finishing your shopping. I reserve the right to re-list items after that time if payment has not been made. Send me a message if you intend on paying after 24 hours and we can make arrangements.

Shipping

+ I prefer to use USPS Priority Mail for US shipping. My shipping price includes insurance in the USA. If you would like Signature Confirmation let me know. Some folks prefer it, while some who can't be around when their mail carrier comes by find it a bother. In the 'message to seller' box please indicate your preference.

+ For any buyer out of the States I ship USPS First Class International as that is the most economical option (and usually not too slow, either). If you live out of the US and want faster delivery, convo me and I will adjust the price for you.

* Please make sure your shipping address on file is current, accurate, and that it matches your Paypal-confirmed address.

* I ship within 2 business days. The small delay is so I can sew the pipe's pouch and carve the bead for the bag.

* If I have ended up overcharging you for shipping by more than $1 I will refund the overcharge.

Refunds and Exchanges

+ I do my best to accurately describe each listing and stand by my work. If, however, you are unsatisfied, I will work with you to find a solution. Please contact me in this case.

+ I do accept returns (shipping is your responsibility). They must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. If a pipe has been altered in any way (this includes altering/bending the stem) or smoked(see below for the exception to this) I unfortunately cannot offer a refund.

* If there are any obvious flaws in a block of briar which will poorly affect a pipe's longevity, I keep it for myself. However, if you purchase a pipe from me that has some hidden flaw in the wood which causes it to burn through within the first 60 days of you owning the pipe, please contact me. Ship the pipe back to me and I will credit the price of your pipe toward a new one.

+ Pipes in my Bargain Bin section are sold as is. There are no refunds or exchanges on those pipes.

+ The cigarette holders are made of the same wood as my pipes, but should not be used as a pipe. The walls are too thin to handle a direct flame. If a cigarette holder has been used I cannot accept a return.

Additional Policies and FAQs

+ By purchasing a Henderson Pipe or a cigarette holder you are certifying that you are at least 18 years old.

* Smoking kills!
(But if you are gunna do it, do it with some class!)
