Our goal is to create art that you will enjoy!

Payment

Payment is required before I ship any art. I strongly suggest that you pay with paypal as I will be able to ship sooner than if you make your payment with a money order. All money orders must clear in my account before I will ship your merchandise.

Payment for any graphic art such as banners or avatars will be due before I deliver your jpeg image. I will supply a jpeg image with copy right info on it for your approval. Your final image that you pay for will not have copy right info on it.

Shipping

I will ship any of my items anywhere in the world!

Paintings or products will ship for stated fee anywhere in the US. Any place outside of the US I will ship for actual shipping cost. Please contact me for shipping cost.

I want you to be happy with the art that I create for you. I very carefully wrap and package all items that I ship to avoid damages in shipping. I insurance for all packages that I ship to protect your investment.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once you receive your purchase refunds are only allowed on items returned (at you expense) in new condition. You will be refunded your purchase price less my actual costs.

Insurance will be purchased for all items shipped so you will be reimbursed for any damaged or lost items.
