WELCOME!! Thank you for visiting FloDo Designs. I offer one of a kind, or limited quantity items for gift giving or for your own enjoyment. Please visit often as I will be adding new items as they are available. It is my hope that you will be very happy with any items purchased from me. In the event you are not, please see the section below for information on returns/refunds. It is my goal to always treat my customers fairly.

Payment

FloDo Designs accepts personal checks drawn on U.S. banks in US Dollars, U.S. Postal Money Orders, and PayPal (allows you to use your credit or debit cards). I will ship orders within 3 business days of receipt of full payment. Please be advised that payment by personal check will result in a delay in shipment as I will not be able to ship until the check has cleared. This could result in a delay of 7 to 10 business days. I am also required to charge Maine State sales tax of 5% on all purchases shipped to a Maine address.

Should you need to cancel your order, you will have 2 days from date of order to do so. If your items have already shipped, you will need to follow the return/refund process listed below.

Shipping

At this time, my shipping rates are for the contiguous 48 states only. However, if you live in Alaska, Hawaii or Canada, and are interested in one of my items, please feel free to contact me to discuss options. I am currently unable to ship outside these guidelines.

Please provide a physical address for all orders. PO Boxes will not work for UPS deliveries.

Due to the size of many of my items, I will be using UPS Ground for all items standing 15" or more. Smaller items will ship USPS.

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope you will be very happy with your purchase but in the event you are not I will happily refund your money (minus shipping and handling charge).

Please use the following guidelines to assist with a speedy refund:

Please send notification of intent to return your item, with the reason for the return, within 7 days of receipt of your items

Return the item in new condition in original packaging within 30 days of receipt. (Some items are season sensitive so it is important that you follow this policy to ensure you qualify for a full refund-minus s/h). Include a copy of your packing slip and your purchase receipt (indicating form or payment) in the package. It is recommended that you insure the package (tracking is always a good idea) for your personal protection. I cannot be held responsible for items lost in shipment.

Check purchases will result in check refund (only after the original check has cleared). Purchases made through PayPal will be refunded accordingly.

I reserve the right to decline orders that do not contain complete information, physical mailing addresses, or do not meet the shipping criteria listed above.
