Payment
We welcome Paypal, personal checks and money orders.
Payment or payment arrangements MUST be made within 48 hours of purchase. Eenie Meenie Kids reserves the right to cancel any order if payment or payment arrangements have not been made during the allotted time.
VA RESIDENTS (or items being shipped to Virginia) will be charged 5% sales tax on their order.
Shipping
• I will ship to the address indicated on the Etsy receipt, unless you tell me otherwise.
• I am happy to ship gifts to a different address. Please ask about gift wrapping and the inclusion of a card if interested.
• MOST Items will ship within 5 business days after receipt of payment. The exception is for the personalized/monogrammed knit hats. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for these particular orders. If you need a RUSH on any order, please let me know and I will work my hardest to accommodate your request. However, please convo me PRIOR to purchasing to ensure that I will be able to meet your deadline.
• All packages are shipped via U.S.P.S. First Class mail or Priority shipping depending on the weight of the parcel.
• Insurance is available upon request. It is strongly recommended that you purchase this. If you opt NOT to do so, Eenie Meenie Kids is NOT responsible for lost or damaged items.
Refunds and Exchanges
All of our items are handcrafted with a lot of thought, time, energy and care. Please feel free to ask any questions BEFORE purchasing (i.e. measurements, materials used, etc.). We hope you will be thrilled with your purchase, however, in the event you are not please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your item(s). We will work quickly and fairly to resolve any such issues.
With that said, here is my standard policy...If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 14 days, unused and in original condition, for a complete refund (excluding shipping charges). Personalized items are only returnable if defective.
b/c at this time I am not able to offer refunds or exchanges. The exception is if the error was on my end. If this is the case, please contact me immediately and we will work together to resolve the problem. Thank you!
