Welcome to Darcy's Botanicals Handmade Delectables for Afro Curly Hair & Skin.

Darcy's Botanicals, LLC is a small family owned business located in Atlanta, Georgia. We create freshly made natural and organic treats for curly hair and skin.

I have been studying, researching, and mixing natural & organic ingredients for over (8) years now. All of our treats are handmade from scratch in small batches at a time to ensure purity, quality, freshness and consistency.

I will be continually updating my shop with my line of natural hair care products for afro curly naturals and my fellow loc divas. We also have a ton of bath & body products that will be listed as well. So check back often:)

Payment

All payments are made securely through Paypal which accepts Visa, Amex, Mastercard, and Discover.

Please be sure to select paypal and pay immediately so that there are no delays in shipping your order. Any orders that are made without payment will be cancelled and relisted.

If you choose to pay by echeck, please keep in mind that items cannot be shipped until payment has been cleared and received. It can usually take echecks 3-14 days to clear.

Shipping

We ship all orders via USPS First Class, Priority Mail or Parcel Post with delivery confirmation depending on size & weight of order. Please keep in mind that USPS shipping costs have increased and will increase again in May 2009. We will provide you with timely email communication and delivery confirmation when your order is shipped.

All rates are estimated to include the cost to ship items along with standard handling & packaging fees based on size and weight of package.

Please allow us 1-2 business days after you place your order to freshly prepare your hair & skin care treats. All of our treats are freshly made to order to provide you with the best quality possible.

Any orders over $75.00 will be shipped for FREE. Yes, you read that correctly! FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $75!!!

Refunds and Exchanges

All of our orders are custom made to order. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Due to FDA health and safety regulations, we cannot refund, exchange, or credit products once they are sold. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make sure you receive the best service experience possible.

Your privacy is very important to us. Darcy’s Botanicals, LLC. guarantees to NEVER rent, sell, or provide any of your personal information to anyone including other companies or third party organizations. Your information will only be used by us to enhance & personalize your service experience.

Darcy’s Botanicals products are not intended to treat, cure, diagnose or prevent any conditions. Please keep in mind, that I am NOT a doctor and will NOT give our medical advice on our products. I can only make suggestions on how to use my line of products properly.

Please use our products with the same care and caution that you would use with any other products. Keep away from children. Do NOT eat our products. Use only for the purposes for which they are intended. FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY.

For persons with skin sensitivities and allergies (especially nut allergies), please do a skin patch test before using our products. If any redness or skin irritation occurs, please discontinue use immediately. Our feelings will not be hurt:)

If you are pregnant or suffer from any health condition, please consult your physician before using any of our natural & organic products. Some natural ingredients are not made for persons that are pregnant or living with certain health conditions. Please take the time to research all ingredients before using any of our products on your hair or skin. We promise, you will not hurt our feelings:)

Because our products are hand-mixed using pure oils and natural butters, there can & will be slight variations in texture and color from time to time with ingredients sourced directly from nature. Always know that the quality is never compromised. We promise to always provide you with the best quality ingredients and the best customer service possible.
