Thank you for shopping at The Six Scents. All of our ceramic pieces are individually handcrafted making each piece a unique item. We have several functional pieces as well as decorator items. Food safe glazes are used on all of our kitchen items. We hand-pour all of our candles using 100% all natural soybean wax that can burn up to twice as long as conventional wax candles. We use a flat, coreless cotton wick braided for burn stability and specially designed to reduce smoke and afterglow often left by paper cord wicks. Our premium scents are clean burning and have been tested for use in soy candles. We use no color dyes, so our creamy white candles will fit any decor or occasion. Soy wax is water soluble so once you have burned your candle, the container can be easily washed and reused for a variety of things. Our wooden pieces are all uniquely handcrafted so two pieces are exactly alike. All pieces are finished with quality stains and paints as shown and make wonderful gifts for any occasion. Payment

Our preferred payment method is PayPal as this allows the quickest shipping of your item. We do accept money orders and personal checks. However, items cannot be shipped for money orders until after payment has been received. With a personal check, orders will be shipped 5 days after receipt of payment.

Shipping

We try to ship every order within 48 hours after receipt of payment. Customers will be notified if an item will take longer than this to ship.

We carefully package each order we ship to try to insure its safe arrival. Unfortunately, pieces are occasionally damaged by the carrier, but all of our shipments are insured. If you receive an order that has any damage, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement of the damaged piece(s).

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know within 30 days for a refund. Merchandise that is returned in its original condition will be refunded, minus any shipping and handling charges. All returned orders may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Personalized items are not eligible for return unless an error has been made in the personalization or they have been damaged.
