Shipping

Australia: Postage is made using Australia Post Pre-paid satchels and envelopes. These are regular mail and not traceable. Should take 1 to 3 days to arrive.

United States: Postage is made using Australia Post Airmail. This is not traceable and should take 4 to 7 days to arrive.

I am happy to post express post or via registered post (signature required on delivery), however you'll need to convo me to get the pricing.

If you purchase more than one item and the combined shipping comes to more than the actual shipping, I will refund you the difference (on amounts more than USD 1)

Refunds and Exchanges

Hopefully this won't be required but if an item arrives damaged, please advise immediately and I will organise a replacement once the original is returned.

If you are unhappy with a purchase I would be happy to refund or replace once the item is returned, however the postage would be at your own expense. (All of my descriptions are as accurate as possible).
