Payment

We accept payment via Paypal and Postal Money Orders. You may also use credit cards via Paypal without creating an account...so it couldn't be any easier. When sending money orders, please allow time for the payment to be reached before the item is shipped.

Shipping

We ship via USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation when available. Packages will be shipped within 24-48 hours of payment receipt (excluding holidays). Insurance is also available for an additional $1.65 and is recommended as we cannot be responsible for lost items. Although we will try and do everything we can to rectify any problems.

The utmost care in packaging will be followed. I use solid boxes along with air cushioned packaging and/or paper filler when shipping orders. Paper supplies will be placed in plastic bags where possible to prevent any damage.

International orders are shipped using First Class International unless otherwise requested. Other methods of shipping include tracking and is highly recommended. I've shipped numerous packages via First class without a problem but each country has different custom's regulations etc.

Refunds and Exchanges

We stand by our work here at LillyPot Designs. For any reason, if you are unhappy with your non-custom purchase and you contact us within 3 days of receipt, we will refund your money minus any shipping charges after the item has been returned. Please pay close attention to item descriptions as we strive to accurately list all products and hand-made items. We want you to have a wonderful shopping experience with us!

PLEASE NOTE: Custom orders with personal initials etc. that cannot be easily resold are non-refundable. If a custom order is placed, we will take pictures of the custom order for your final approval before shipping.

Additional Policies and FAQs

CUSTOM ORDERS: We love taking custom orders and will strive to meet your expectations. Please allow an additional 2 weeks for custom order creation plus additional shipping time. We are very flexible with custom orders, so please convo us if you have an idea for your custom project.
