Thanks for visiting jakebakes.

We operate a fully insured, licensed and registered business. All of our baking is done in a dedicated bakery free of wheat/gluten, egg, dairy, peanuts and tree nuts. All of our products are made in small batches, hand made and hand packaged.

*Please note: we do use SOY in our two gingerbread cookies.

Payment

Payment should be completed within 3 days of order. We accept Paypal and credit cards through Paypal. You do not have to be a member of paypal to use their services.

Shipping

We ship Monday through Wednesday - to ensure you receive the freshest quality possible. We ship USPS Priority. Orders generally arrive within 1-3 business days depending on geographic location.

**we will refund excess shipping fees if we have overcharged by more than $1.00

Refunds and Exchanges

We pack our boxes as carefully as possible and although we cannot be held responsible for what happens after packages leave the bakery, we will work with you if a package arrives damaged.
