Welcome

Be a little patient with me, I'm a new seller and I'm doing my best. ^_^

Everything here is subject to change once I get more experience in selling my products, but this is an overview of my general shop policies.

Payment

I accept payment through paypal. I will hopefully be accepting credit cards through paypal soon as well.

I also accept personal checks, but I will hold your item until I not only receive the check, but until the money has cleared. As soon as that happens I will mail your item.

If payment is not received within 72hours after the purchase I will re-list it. If you would like me to hold an item until you can pay, please let me know.

Shipping

All items except custom requests and custom figure painting are ready to ship when ordered.

I ship items the Monday, Wednesday, or Friday after your payment has been received. Insurance and confirmation mailing can be added if you wish, just let me know and I will send you a revised invoice.

I ship USPS. If you would like to me to use a different courier please let me know and I will make arrangements.

International Customers:
Please try to convo me before payment so I can get a more accurate shipping cost for your country. I am not that familiar with international shipping, but would like to accommodate those who are outside the U.S.

International customers are responsible for custom duties and taxes on their end.

If you are buying any items as a gift and want them sent to the recipient as such, please let me know before hand and I can make arrangements.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is my number one priority. If you are not satisfied, or the items you have ordered arrive damaged in any way please contact me and I will do whatever I can to fix the problem. Refunds will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Please read the description of my items carefully and look at the pictures, they will show exactly what item you are receiving. All items made will be shown as is, so no two will look exactly alike.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders are ALWAYS available. Email or convo me and we can talk about anything you might want custom made.

Any charm featured can be made into jewelry, cell phone charms, and/or keychains if desired. Also any charm can be made into a regular figure, and any figure listed can be made into a smaller charm.

All figure painting services are completely customized to your desire, and any figures listed can be painted to your preference.
