Payment

I only take Paypal! Please pay within three days of your purchase date!

Shipping

I'll ship as soon as I receive you payment- generally I use parcel post to save you on shipping, but let me know if you need it priority mail or something- I'd be glad to oblige!

Refunds and Exchanges

If it doesn't fit, if it was misrepresented on my shop, or if there's a knitting flaw, I'll gladly accept returns as long as you let me know within a week of receiving your item! If, you need a small repair down the road, let me know immediately and I'll gladly fix it for you for free (minus shipping)!

Seconds are non-returnable, but small repairs are done for free as usual.
