Welcome

My name is Mindy Fisher. I have been painting my Ornaglyph Series for over a year now. Each painting is a comic panel that can stand on it's own or it may be grouped together with other Ornaglyphs to create original comic strips. They can be mixed and matched to create endless stories. The hieroglyphic non-language allows the looker to come up with their own meaning. Each painting is created with a carefully selected palette on either canvas, paper or wood. I love to take custom orders because it's a great way to collaborate with a customer for something incredibly unique.

Payment

I only take paypal at this time. Payment should be made within 24 hours of the purchase. If I do not receive payment in a timely manner I reserve the right to cancel the order. If you need to cancel an order please let me know within 24 hours and I will refund your money. If you cancel after I have shipped out the item I will refund your money minus shipping once I get the item back.

Shipping

I ship either first class through the USPS or UPS. If you have a preference please let me know. I ship out two to four days after I receive payment. If you absolutely need your item in a hurry let me know and I'll get there sooner. I always include insurance on any items that are over $50 in value. I always include confirmation. International orders are welcome. If you would like to save money on shipping feel free to request a painting be unframed and I will lower the price and the shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will refund an item if it arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or you are unhappy with the craftsmanship. You have 30 days from the date of confirmation to return the item. You will receive a refund minus shipping charges. If you would like an exchange you also have 30 days to do so, plus shipping charges.
