Welcome

KNICK KNACK PACK is a collection of my handmade knits and crocheted goodies. Right now, I'm chugging my way through my existing stash of yarns, mostly acrylic, but down the road, I will be adding in items made in natural fibers including cottons and wools.

All items are lovingly made by my two hands.

BASIC SIZING:
Since my 9-pound chihuahua is my only in-house size model, these sweaters should also fit any average-sized small breed dogs, like Lhasa Apso, Maltese, Shih Tzu, Jack Russell, etc.

CUSTOM SIZES:
$20.50 for Extra Small (8"-10" length) and Small (my standard size, 12" length)
$25 for Medium (13"-15" length) and Large (16"+)

For custom sizing, send me a quick convo with these measurements:
1) NECK (around the collar)
2) CHEST (around the broadest part of the chest/ribs)
3) LENGTH (along the spine from the base of the neck to the top of the tail)
4) distance between the front legs (upper chest area)

* Please note that custom orders will take a minimum additional 5-7 days to complete prior to shipping. If more time is needed, I will let you know in advanced. *

Payment

Paypal is the only accepted form of payment. If your payment is not received 24 hours, you will be contacted and your order may be cancelled.

NOTE:
Please make sure your addresses for both your Etsy account and your PayPal account match *exactly* or this may cause a delay in shipping.

Shipping

In-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days of cleared payment, with delivery times of approx. 6-8 business days.

Custom items will require 5-7 days to complete prior to shipping. Notification will be sent once a custom item is ready, as well as when it has been shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges

Items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, and only if still in original condition and packaging. Buyer assumes all shipping charges for returned items.
