CaramelJubilee's Shop Policies

Welcome

All of these caramels are made completely by hand with only the finest fresh ingredients.

Custom orders and trades are welcome.

CaramelJubilee will be closed from 12/22/09-01/02/10 to allow me to spend time with my family. The shop will re-open on January 2 with exciting product changes!

Shipping

All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.

To ensure freshness, your caramels will be made to order. Orders are typically shipped within 10 business days. However, during December this increases to 3-4 weeks. If you need them by a certain date please contact me before placing your order.

Orders are shipped to the address entered during the etsy checkout process. They are not sent to the Paypal address.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All orders intended for Christmas delivery must be placed by Saturday, December 5. Please contact me if you have questions regarding this.
