Thanks again for checking out my shop. I offer one of a kind, handmade and hand-altered ceramic goods, handmade prints, and other miscellany. All my items are made with love and care, and I want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. Please convo me if you have any questions about my products or policies.

Payment

I accept payment through Paypal. Payment is due within three days of purchase. If you need to cancel your purchase for some reason, please send me a convo and let me know.

Shipping

I ship through USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Items will ship within three days of payment being received. Expedited shipping is available, just send me a convo to discuss shipping costs, and let me know if you have any other special shipping needs.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact me within 7 days of receipt of your item and I will fully refund your purchase minus shipping. If the item arrives damaged, I will issue a full refund. Just send back the damaged item and I will pay the shipping cost. Convo me if you have any other questions.
