Bear Chick wants you to be satisfied and happy with your purchase.

Payment

I accept money orders and Paypal, which is faster and easier.

If payment or arrangements for payment have not been made within 2 days of purchase, the sale will be cancelled.

Shipping

I ship the next business day after receiving payment.

It's hard to figure shipping, so I've adopted a new plan for 2009, with flat shipping at a low rate. I include insurance on all packages over $20. Yes, I'll probably be paying a portion of shipping myself but you're worth it :-)

Please know that all the items I create are one of a kind and if the worst should happen and the package gets lost or damaged, I can only reimburse, not replace, in the majority of cases.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 7 days to return it for refund of purchase price only.
