Payment

Payments must only be made through paypal and within 72 hours of placing order.

Shipping

All goods are now shipped recorded delivery. Kits which are fragile are sent in a strong posting box. Any loss of products due to royal mail will not be the responsibility of The RachieRoo shop.

Products will be dispatched within 2 - 3 days of receipt of payment.

Refunds and Exchanges

All goods are quality checked before despatch therefore there are no refunds. The RachieRoo shop will not be held responsible for damages or losses incurred after the product has been shipped.
